I’m South-London gal of Irish and Indian heritage that develops recipes, ceramics, tattoos and mild hay fever in the spring.
I love to explore recipes as both a daily practice and a creative language—which, in short, means I spend a lot of time thinking about food, cooking food or photographing my food.
Day to day, I work in fashion and live on a houseboat in East London, where all my recipes take place. Thus, my recipe development is supported by a 12V fridge and my dried hands from the constant washing up. It’s the dream, really!
