I’m a London-based food writer, recipe developer, tattoo artist, and ceramicist. My work explores food as both a daily practice and a creative language… that just means I think about it a lot.

Day to day, I work in fashion publishing and live on a houseboat, where all my recipes take place in a tiny kitchen — with a 12V fridge & no dishwasher. Yes, that is how we roll round here.
