I love to explore food as both a daily and creative practice — which, in short, means I spend a lot of time thinking about food, cooking food & styling food.

Day to day, I work in fashion and live on a houseboat in London, where all my recipes take place. Thus, my recipe development is supported by a 12V fridge and my dry hands from the constant washing up. It’s the dream, really!
